Patrick James Hughes is a mentor and writer with over 25 years experience in documenting his unconventional career as a corporate professional, singer, academic, and occasional videographer. He has worked for blue-chip companies like Morgan Stanley, MetLife and Aviva, and performed in Broadway hit show, Riverdance and for many years with Irish choral powerhouse, Anuna.

Patrick has been a mentor for over 10 years, helping emerging talent find space in a corporate landscape, worked with boards and individuals to see diversity as a superpower, and has emerged as a voice for positive productivity – encouraging us all to Work Less & Live More. He is an advocate for freelancers and solopreneurs.
